DigiPOP was founded in 2015 as a stand-alone sister company to Rodgers and Associates Quality Printers (Pty) Ltd, one of the country’s leading litho and digital print agencies, established in 1992. We were born out of a pure passion for serving customers with unique printing requirements. Listening and responding to our clients needs has fostered our evolution into a fully-fledged, one-stop printing solution and destination.

Our Services

We are conscious of our clients’ need for quick turnaround times within set budgets. We deliver on quality and durability at competitive prices. Using processes managed in house, we offer specialised structural design assistance; create once off test samples and assist with packaging prior to dispatch.

Pre-press

Our Design Studio is equipped with the latest Apple Mac and Microsoft computers. We work with the latest versions of Adobe CSS, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Artioscad Structural Packaging Design as well as the latest software technology, I-cut production console.

Production

With the EFI VUTEK GS3250LX Pro LED hybrid printer’s innovative ink curing technology, we print on an extended range of substrates. Recycled and other heat-sensitive materials are transformed without warping. Hard plastics and corrugated board are styled without sacrificing on quality. The Kongsberg offers a new level of productivity and throughput. It was designed especially for handling the combination of corrugated board and other rigid or roll materials used in PoP products and displays.

Finishing

The Lamina semi-automatic Basic is a sheet-to-sheet laminating/mounting machine that can expand your finishing needs. We offer long production run die cutting with the ML 2000 Platten Die Cutter (with an inner chase of 2000 x 1400 mm). We rely on the TEC Gun’s gluing technology for quick set up and finishing/production processes. We also offer hot and cold lamination as optional finishes using the BU-1600 RFZY Hot/Cold Laminator.
