We will notify you by email when you order is ready for collection. Orders will also be picked up daily from 15:30 onwards by the relevant courier service companies.


During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within a 40km range from DigiPOP SHOPs physical address (Please double check your kilometre range). If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders will be manufactured according to set manufacturing times. We will notify you once your order has been completed and is ready for collection.

Should your order have been placed including courier services, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information from us.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Should you require courier services outside South Africa, please request a quotation. Please note that deliver time to reach your destination maybe affected.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DigiPOP SHOP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.


The products sold by DigiPOP SHOP are custom printed and therefore not eligible for returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you choose to return any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

However, if the printed items are defective due to the printing process or in the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible to info@digipop.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

You should inspect all products as soon as you get your order. If any product is defective or appears to have been damaged during shipping, you may contact our office for help in resolving the issue by email at info@digipop.co.za or phone at +27 10 447 4095.. Please supply us with your order number, contact information and proof of the defects/damage. Issues must be raised within 7 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive).

In the case of a return or refund, we reserve the right to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your order.


Once we receive your email regarding issues with your order, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your request for refund. We may contact you to clarify the issues raised with your order.

If a return is approved, DigiPOP SHOP may reprint the order at no additional cost to the customer rather than issuing a refund or If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 14 days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Cancellation of orders may be made initially by telephone contact, or e-mail, however, following this, DigiPOP SHOP will need formal notification in writing to the company’s email address, info@digipop.co.za. The client will then be invoiced for all work completed that will have been made at the time of first ordering. The balance of monies due must be paid within 7 days.

Please note: any cancellation which is not formally confirmed in writing and received by DigiPOP SHOP within 7 days of such instruction being issued, will be liable for the full quoted cost of the project.

Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for returns and refunds because of errors made by you, as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
